[VIDEO, embed before publish] A flowchart on a branded slide, with a teammate editing a step.
Overview
The flowchart you build is the flowchart you present. Because the shapes are native PowerPoint and live in the deck your team already shares, reviewers and approvers all work from one current view, with no separate tool and no exporting.
A) Share your flowchart
Step 1: Share the deck
Share your PowerPoint file the way you normally do: email, OneDrive or SharePoint, or Teams.
Step 2: Teammates open and edit
Recipients open the deck in PowerPoint and edit the flowchart right on the slide. They don't need Lucen installed or a Lucen account.
Step 3: Keep it current
When feedback comes in, update the flowchart on the slide and send the same deck back. Everyone stays on one current view.
B) Share just the flowchart
Not everyone needs the whole deck. Lucen Flowchart can export your flowchart on its own: open the Lucen menu (right-click the canvas, or click the floating Lucen button), choose Export, then pick an option:
Export as PNG: an image to drop into a doc, email, or another slide.
Export as PDF: a clean, read-only version.
Copy to clipboard: paste the flowchart straight into an email, document, or chat.
C) Why it just works
No extra account or license for reviewers, they work in the deck they already have.
The flowchart lives in the deck you present, so there is nothing separate to keep in sync.
Try this: send a deck to a teammate, have them tweak a step, and send it back, same file, one source of truth.
