As a Billing Owner, you can transfer your Office Timeline subscription to another person within your organization. For example, if you are leaving the company.
To transfer ownership, contact support at [email protected]. Once the team receives all the necessary information, they will complete the transfer within a few minutes.
If you also hold the Workspace Admin role for the subscription being transferred, your management role will be automatically reassigned to the new Billing Owner as well.
